THIS IS REALLY SEXY I CANT

I’m sorry, but everything about these except for Hulk are pretty much everything I dislike in fantasy art: impractical and impractically pointy armor, needless darkness, zero sense of the characters’ humanity, no discernable characterization.

Hawkeye is more than his bow; Hawkeye is watchful, playful, and the most mundane of them all. His head should be bare; he shouldn’t have magical lightning running over his arms and weapon.
Cap is more than his shield, and he’s a paladin for goodness’ sake. He should be wearing smooth, bright steel armor, his face should be to us, his cloak should not be torn. He isn’t broken in the same way that the other characters can be; when he puts on his soldier helmet, he becomes strength and goodness and a force of light. He looks ashamed and darkened here.
Hulk and Loki I just have the “dark and pointy” concerns above.

This is technically very well-executed, but the artist and I are perceiving extremely different characters.

If this was the entire movie I would be satisfied.

This part and Loki getting smashed and.. Pretty much every scene with the hulk in this film!

The Hulk is literally the best superhero.

It’s a pity that he stars in no good movies besides The Avengers. He’s always had bomb comics, though.

Am I really the only one who REALLY enjoyed “The Incredible Hulk” with Edward Norton?
